Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY - Free Shipping on EVERYTHING WE SELL!!! Includes all shipments within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship outside the United States. 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of cleared payment (excluding holidays). 

​We take great care of packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. 

Most smaller items will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx ground. Large items, like sofas and heavy beds, will ship as CURBSIDE DELIVERY via YRC shipping ABF freight. RL carriers, or other freight carrier (for all furniture items, customer is responsible for bringing order inside and setting up). Inside delivery can be added to most freight shipments for an additional $120 inside delivery fee. 
We offer expedited delivery or insurance for an additional fee. Please contact us for a quote.

CANCELLATION POLICY - We pride ourselves in how fast our orders ship out, but for this reason we cannot guarantee that orders placed on our website will be able to be cancelled before the order ships. So, please carefully review your order before submitting to prevent need for cancellation. Nevertheless, if you do need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. To cancel an order that has already shipped out, please refuse delivery, and we will issue refund minus any applicable return shipping fees shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. Please note that while we do offer free shipping, the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost incurred on orders that are cancelled after they have shipped out.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY - We at OpaMart stand behind our goods and want you to be satisfied with them. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Please notify us within 30 days of delivery to request return authorization. If the return is due to an order being damaged, defective or incorrect, then we will arrange for prepaid return label at our own expense and issue full refund shortly after the return is received back at our warehouse. If the return is due to reasons other than item being damaged, defective or incorrect, then customer is responsible for shipping cost incurred. Please note that while we do offer free shipping on our website, the customer is to be responsible for all shipping cost incurred on returning orders that are not damaged, defective or incorrect. Before returning a product, please obtain return authorization form by contacting us and providing the following information: customer name, item (s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Refund minus any applicable return shipping cost will be issued after return is received back at our warehouse. We don't charge any restocking fees. All we ask is to return the merchandise back in the state you received them with original packaging.
