Do you ship international? 
Unfortunately this time we do not offer shipping outside the United States. 

I am not satisfied with my purchase, what is your return policy? 
Our return process is easy, hassle free and fast: 

1. Contact our customer service team for the return will quickly email you an RMA number to identify your return

2. Ship the product back to OpaMart with all original parts
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and OpaMart will pay to ship the replacement to you. Please include all original packaging and accessories with the returned item.

3. Our returns team will quickly ship the replacement or refund your purchase
OpaMart strives to maintain a goal of 24 hours service for all replacement or refunds. You will receive an email when the return is processed to notify you of your replacement tracking number or refund. We will refund your order in full. We do not charge restocking fees.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 12-24 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?
You have the option of exchanging an order instead of returning it for a refund minus any applicable return shipping cost Please give us a call, chat, or email and we will gladly share more details on how to process the exchange. An exchange also requires a return of the original order, so feel free to follow the instructions on how to process a return.

How can I write a review on a product?
It is simple to write a review on our site. On any product page, look for the "write a review" button next to the product images.Once you click on the button you will see the a text box, a rating section, and a big box below. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can enter your name, your review, your rating scale and click continue. Once we receive your review we will post it immediately. 

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?
Unfortunately, does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens.

My email address or shipping address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?
You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:

Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
Once logged in, click on "Edit Profile".
Type your new e-mail address and Click "Update Now." Your e-mail will be updated.

Do you accept orders through VOIP?
Unfortunately we can not currently accept orders through VOIP for our international customers


What forms of payment do you accept? accepts all major debit/credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express through PayPal. 

Do you accept International Credit Cards? 
Currently can accept international credit cards but we can only ship to an address within the United States and its territories. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.  All of our payment transactions are processed directly through PayPal

Do you allow Cashier's Checks or Money Orders?
At this time we can not accept Cashier's check or Money orders

Do you charge sales tax?
D&A Enterprise and it's subsidiary website is required by law to collect 8% sales tax on orders shipped to the state of California,. If you are shipping to the state of California, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
Absolutely. We do not collect your credit card information on our site. Your payment will be forwarded to PayPal's payment page to complete your transaction. Your information through PayPal is encrypted with the highest level commercially available. What can cause my order to be delayed?
If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed.
